■Job description:
Provide effective technical service to customers including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, training, etc.
Work Planning
- Create annual targets & directions for this position along with superiors according to targets & plans of the Section.
- Create & implement personal development & growth paths based on Section's human resources development plan.
Technical Support
- Set up & install equipments/machines from the start until completing the commissioning.
- Probe the causes of malfunction to equipments/machines & liaise with customers in order to find a solution.
- Make recommendations for upgrades, service or repairs and perform maintenance on equipments/machines.
- Conduct training on how to use equipments/machines to customers or how to do operation, maintenance, etc.
- Periodically inspect equipments/machines.
- Establish relationship with customers by providing excellent customer service, listen carefully to customers' concerns and address issues through after-service.
- Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options.
- Summarize daily experience in order to propose to superiors/advise subordinates.
Others
- Cooperate with afiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate & contact direct-sales partners, distributors.
- Do tasks assigned by the company & department.
■Requirement
- From 22 to 30 years old.
- Have 2 years experience in Technical / Engineering division.
- University or above, bachelor's degree in Automation, Machinery, Electronics or related fields.
- Proficient in either English or Japanese (Business level).
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Have a good bussiness manner and work hard.
- Able to work productively in a high pressure environment.
- Able to do multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Willing to travel on business trips in domestic & overseas.
- High proactivity & mobility, management, teamwork spirit, communication, high problem-solving skill, fair evaluation of Subordinates.
