- Build, manage, and develop a strong, high-performing, and motivated team through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Develop succession and training plans to strengthen organizational capability and ensure long-term sustainability.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all levels.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Monitor key operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Customer Focus
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, responding promptly to feedback and issues.
- Work closely with Sales and R&D teams to identify market opportunities, support product innovation, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to improve service quality, responsiveness, and overall customer experience.
- Financial Management
- Develop and manage annual budgets aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Monitor and control operational costs to maintain profitability and financial sustainability.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Lead forecasting and financial planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Oversee procurement, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials.
- Manage inventory planning and stock control to balance production continuity with optimal working capital.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure operational stability.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to optimize material flow, storage, and distribution efficiency.
