JOB DETAILS: This position requires the ability to develop sales, build and manage customer relationships, develop markets and product portfolios, and implement professional activities and report results. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Sales growth
- Receive and commit to achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Plan work schedules by hospital/clinic.
- Implement prescription promotion activities in line with the company strategy.
- Monitor and optimize product usage at each healthcare facility.
- Market development
- Monitor and support the bidding process (if applicable).
- Update information on the procedures and policies of each unit.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends.
- Building and managing relationships
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
- Providing advice and scientific information about the product.
- Ensure a professional and reputable image for the company at the hospital/clinic.
- Implement professional activities
- Organize/coordinate scientific seminars and product launches.
- Provide product documentation and information in accordance with regulations.
- Providing expert information and support to customers.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Report on tasks by unit/week/month/quarter/year and information on customers/competitors.
REQUEST:- Graduated from a vocational school/college/university with a major in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience or equivalent required.
- Ready to travel for business.
In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: communication skills, proficiency in sales techniques, and experience in customer relations.
In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: pharmaceuticals, sales skills, and health counseling.
