MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact and engage with customers to reach out to them and create opportunities for their participation in the project.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
- Gather information: understand customer needs and information, analyze competitors, and communicate this information to project team members.
- Information management and coordination: organizing meetings and information briefings, acting as the main point of contact for receiving and transmitting information between clients and the company's project team.
- Review designs and quotations to explain and advise clients.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage contract progress, payments, and final settlements.
- Providing explanations of quotations, additional costs, and design details to clients during project implementation.
REQUEST:
- English: IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 700 or higher
- Students majoring in economics, business administration, marketing, etc., who do not have conflicting class schedules.
- Communication skills, persuasive abilities, problem-solving skills, teamwork skills.
- Highly responsible, hardworking, not afraid of challenges, and eager to learn.
- No more school schedules, initiative and responsibility.
