CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Vị trí này liên quan đến việc áp dụng kiến thức kỹ thuật để xác định mã hệ thống hài hòa sản phẩm, phân tích định mức vật tư để tính toán ưu đãi, mở CoE thương mại quốc tế, xây dựng dữ liệu gốc và phân tích các hiệp định thương mại tự do. Đồng thời, làm việc với hệ thống ERP như SAP và theo dõi các bên liên quan.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Apply Technical knowledge to read product’s datash to determine Harmonize system code.
- Analysis Bill of Material of product for preferential calculation.
- Opening Foreign Trade CoE for handling Customs and Export control related activities (Will be trained).
- Building up Master data for Foreign Trade share service included Harmonize system code, export control and preferential determination for our products (Will be trained).
- Analysis and combine all Free Trade agreements to support high level management to determine product’s supply chain worldwide (Will be trained).
- Working with ERP system like SAP to support other Units (Will be trained).
- Communicate and Follow-up with different stakeholders if any discrepancy found between foreign trade regulations.
YÊU CẦU:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Automobile engineering or related fields.
- Year of Experience 1- 4 years.
- Experienced in reading technical drawings and other related technical documents.
- Intermediate in English (including English technical terms).
- Basic MS Office.
- Working experience in any engineering company.
- Communication, interpersonal, and inter-cultural skills.
- Experience with SAP, SQL, Python, or other data Data Analyst tools would be an advantage.
- Training-on-job will be provided.
- Language English (equivalent to 6.0 - 6.5 IELTS score).
