Job Description

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

Tìm kiếm và xây dựng nguồn ứng viên phù hợp cho các vị trí từ cấp mid-level đến cấp cao cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Tìm kiếm và xây dựng nguồn ứng viên phù hợp cho các vị trí từ cấp mid-level đến cấp cao cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp.
Sử dụng các công cụ như LinkedIn, mạng lưới cá nhân,… để tiếp cận ứng viên.
Hợp tác chặt chẽ với Consultant để hiểu rõ yêu cầu tuyển dụng và hỗ trợ trong quá trình tuyển dụng.
Cập nhật dữ liệu ứng viên và duy trì hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu chất lượng cao.

YÊU CẦU:

Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Nhân sự hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 6 tháng trở lên làm việc chính thức trong lĩnh vực sourcing, tuyển dụng hoặc headhunting, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Research…
Kỹ năng tìm kiếm và nghiên cứu thông tin tốt.
Tiếng Anh khá.
