    Job Description


    - Welcoming guests upon arrival at the hotel.

    - Carry out check-in and check-out procedures for guests.

    - Support guests' appropriate requests during their stay.

    - Receive customer complaints and resolve them within the allowed scope

    - Resolve guest problems and provide travel information to guests

    - Advise and inform customers about hotel services.

    - Carry out delivery and receipt of goods, supplies and other assigned tasks.

    - Graduated from high school or higher, speak moderate English or Korean.
