Job Description

- Job details:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Perform source code checks and ensure compliance with programming standards, security best practices, and quality guidelines.
Contribute to system architecture planning and propose technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Monitor and optimize application and database performance to ensure reliability and availability.
Identify and manage technical debt, and promote continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Collaborate closely with the Product, Quality Assurance (QA), Security, and Compliance teams.

- Job requirements:

Advanced English
Ready to join the team in Lima, Peru
Knowledge of Java, SQL, Oracle, and Docker
