Job Description

- Job details:

  • Relationship :
    • Make phone calls, visit customers, maintain interaction, and build close relationships with them.
    • Gather information related to customers' business operations and advertise Hop Long's products to them.
  • Sell:
    • Provide sales advice to customers via telephone and in-person visits based on existing customer profiles.
    • Find new customers.
    • Classify customers based on the information gathered and plan the development of your customer group.
    • Build close relationships with customers, gather information about their projects, and understand their company's product and service needs.
    • Implement sales strategies based on sales targets and specific plans for each stage of the company's development.
    • Complete all documents and procedures related to customers/orders (Contracts, Certificates of Conformity, Quotations, etc.).
    • Encourage customers to pay on time.
    • After-sales customer service: Handling customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
    • Submit regular customer status reports to your supervisor.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Manager.

- Job requirements:

  • Graduated from a formal college program or higher.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects, market trends, and customer behavior in the field of electrical automation is an advantage.
  • Honest, responsible, a good listener, flexible, quick-witted; good communication and negotiation skills; ability to persuade customers.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with over 6 months of sales experience.
