Job Description
- Represent the team in resolving customer requests
- Detect and resolve issues related to misunderstandings and discrepancies in customer requirements.
- Responsible for presenting plans, schedules, proposal estimates to clients and receiving confirmation from clients
- Report to clients on detailed work and team progress.
- Receive and clarify requests from customers: plans, progress, requirements.
- Transfer customer requests to Offshore
- Detect and resolve issues related to misunderstandings and discrepancies in customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Offshore team to create detailed work plan and update client on team progress.
Job Requirements - 2 years of experience as PM in software projects at outsourcing companies working with Korean customers
- University graduate; fluent in Korean communication (from topik 5 or higher)
- Experience in managing a team of 10-20 people
- Understand the software development process
- Confident and responsible person at work
- Project management skills (schedule, quality, stakeholder, risk/issue)
- Customer expectation management skills
- Requirements analysis skills
Working location: Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi
Working hours: Monday-Friday (closed on Saturday and Sunday) from 8:30-17:45; lunch break 1:15) (flexible timekeeping: morning check in 8-9am; afternoon check out 5:15-6:15pm)
