    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Prepare, check, and finalize import and export documentation in accordance with regulations.
    • Working with forwarders and shipping lines on bookings, vessel schedules, ETD/ETA, local fees, and other requirements.
    • Track shipment status: check cutoff time, send SI and VGM on time.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to receive or deliver goods to customers on schedule.
    • Monitor the customs clearance process, work with customs authorities, and handle any issues that arise (specialized inspections, missing documents).
    • Update and track delivery progress, ensuring goods are delivered on schedule.
    • Maintain complete, organized, and easily searchable import and export records. - Prepare periodic reports or reports as requested by superiors.

    - Job requirements:

    • Graduated from college/university with a major in: International Business, Logistics, Customs, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
    • Possesses 12 years of experience in import/export (candidates with experience in the garment industry are preferred). Proficient in reading and understanding specialized English-language international trade documents.
    • Proficient in office software: Excel, Word, email; knowledge of customs declaration software is an advantage.
    • Excellent skills in working with partners/forwarders, proactively handling situations.
    • Careful, honest, responsible, able to withstand pressure and meet tight deadlines.
