    Job Description

    1. Job description:

    - Responding to customer complaints regarding the company's products and services.

    - Respond to customer messages on the company's page.

    - Make phone calls from a pre-existing list.

    - Enter the customer list according to the template (Details will be discussed during the interview)

    2. Requirements:

    -Graduated from a formal vocational school, college, or higher.

    -Proficient in office computer skills

    -Good voice.

    3. Benefits:

    - Attractive income, salary commensurate with ability, based on performance and work efficiency.

    - Fixed salary from 7.5 million VND + sales commission

    - Entitled to full benefits including salary, health insurance, social insurance, and other entitlements in accordance with Vietnamese law and labor laws.

    - You get to travel twice a year.

    - Lunch at the company

    4. Working hours:

    - Monday - Saturday, Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM; Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM.

    - Have lunch at the company.

    5. Workplace location: La Tinh, Dong La, Hoai Duc. Behind Do Nghia Urban Area.
