    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS:
    Receive orders and assist customers throughout the order placement process. Implement customer orders at the factory.
    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Receiving orders and assisting customers throughout the order placement process.
    • Fulfilling customer orders at the factory.
    • Participate in the sample production process, ensuring the quality of samples before sending them to customers.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Monitor production and raw material supply.
    • Receive customer feedback to work with the factory.
    • Track payments and update documents.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

    REQUEST:
    • Graduated from a college/university with a relevant major.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of camping tents.
    • Good conversational English
    • Proficient in office computer skills.
    • Possesses negotiation and communication skills.
