    Job Description

    - Job details:

    * Responsibility

    - Research, develop, and improve new pastry and beverage products to align with the company's business strategy.

    - Ensuring quality, stability, food safety, and practical production capacity.

    * Describe

    - Research and develop recipes for baked goods and beverages.

    - Search for and evaluate suppliers of raw materials, additives, and flavorings that meet product requirements.

    - Cake decoration ensures aesthetic appeal and product standards before delivery to production.

    - Testing, evaluating, and improving research products.

    - Guidance and transfer of production processes

    - Monitor, evaluate, and identify the root causes of any abnormalities arising in the product or production process.

    - Drafting documents related to standards, production processes, quality standards, product declarations, and product quality monitoring.

    - Coordinate with relevant departments in ensuring food safety and hygiene, and compliance with legal regulations.

    - Job requirements:

    University specializing in Food Technology and Biotechnology.
