JOB DETAILS:
The main duties include greeting guests, advising on food and drinks, taking accurate orders, serving promptly, and cleaning the service area.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Advise on food and drinks that suit the needs and tastes of the guests.
- Receive and accurately record orders, then forward the information to the kitchen/bar department.
- Food and drinks are served quickly, ensuring they meet requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor and promptly address any requests from guests throughout the meal.
- Clean the tables and service area, ensuring it is always clean and tidy.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
REQUEST:
- A spirit of dedicated customer service, always maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to listen and handle situations tactfully.
- Good communication skills in Chinese (all four skills).
- Good health, agile, and able to withstand work pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- The expected start date is April 22, 2026.
