- Job requirements:

Installation: Proficient in installing all types of air conditioners (wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, floor-standing) and copper piping systems.
Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance, refrigerant recharging, filter cleaning, and cleaning of the condenser/evaporator coils for air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators.
Repair: Capable of diagnosing and fixing circuit board errors, replacing components, and handling gas or water leaks.
Reading blueprints: Understanding electrical circuit diagrams and technical drawings is essential for constructing civil or industrial projects according to standards.
Education: Graduated from a vocational school, secondary school, or college with a major in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning.
Experience:
- Lead technician: Typically requires 1–2 years of practical experience.
- Apprentice/Assistant Technician: No experience required, just basic knowledge and a willingness to learn.
