Job details:
- On-site to consult information about functional food packages, answer customer questions through the Company's social network channels such as: Fanpage, Zalo, Landing page, ... by text message
- Receive potential customer database to call for customer care and consultation to achieve KPIs/targets assigned by the company.
- Support customers with online orders.
- Take care of old customers, maintain and develop relationships with customers.
- Other tasks as assigned by management
