Job Description

Work content:

  • Responsible for managing company assets: Computers, desk phones, cameras, projectors, scanners, photos, and other information technology equipment.
  • Assemble/replace/repair/upgrade computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Recommend replacement and repair of equipment to promptly detect and fix problems that occur with related issues within the scope of management.
  • Support the installation of operating systems and application software on terminal computers for office and project personnel.
  • Set up network cables and seating for new personnel/projects.
  • Manage accounts and firewall infrastructure, domain controllers, and monitor users' Internet access.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare implementation information sheets of projects before operating or updating and adjusting.
  • Monitor and receive, allocate/process user requests (blocks) on system, software and hardware related issues.
  • Resolve problems with network systems, terminal connection devices and troubleshoot problems.
  • Ensure the smoothness of the internal network system at the Company.
  • Support staff & handle errors related to computers, computer networks, and software.
  • Work location: 320 Cach Mang Thang 8, Ward 10, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

  • Working conditions:
  • Working hours: From Monday to Saturday morning every week.
  • Morning from 08:00 to 12:00
  • Afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00

  • Other support according to company policy.

Required qualifications (minimum): Intermediate - Vocational

Job requirements:

  • Candidates must have graduated from College or higher with majors: Information Technology, Computer Science,...
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in help desk or related position.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience running projects and supporting customers.
