- Job details:
- Analyzing the production process and balancing the sewing line.
- Establishing labor standards and calculating unit prices for garment products.
- Process improvement, increased productivity.
- Coordinate between departments to optimize processes.
- Job requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of IE experience in the garment industry (candidates with experience in export production are preferred).
- Mastering the construction of standard labor values (SMV) using the following methods:
- Time study (stopwatch)
- PMTS/GSD (if applicable)
- Capable of analyzing operations and standardizing sewing processes to optimize standard time.
- Understanding how to determine product pricing.
- Capable:
- Calculate labor costs based on SMV.
- Analyze line performance to adjust unit prices accordingly.
- Clearly understand:
- Line balancing
- Labor efficiency
- Production KPIs in the garment industry
- Proficient in using Excel or Internet Explorer.
- Innovative thinking, good data analysis skills.
