    Job Description

    • Based on requirements and investment trends, research and make a list of target companies according to requirements and investment trends.
    • Ensure that preliminary business research is carried out prior to contact according to agreed quality standards.
    • Contact and approach target companies (via phone, email, etc.) to learn about and propose to the target company about M&A opportunities with investors, and schedule meetings with target companies interested in M&A opportunities.
    • Update contact results, approach target companies based on the created list.
    • Support scheduling meetings with target companies interested in M&A opportunities, follow up, send confirmations and meeting reminders to relevant parties.
    • Provide weekly/monthly Contact Log according to the prescribed form.
    • Perform other relevant ancillary services to facilitate outreach and appointment scheduling with target companies.
