MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Player support is available via Fanpage and Discord.
- Answering questions about events, gameplay, game bug troubleshooting, account bugs, and payment errors.
- Gather feedback and collaborate with the team to improve the user experience.
REQUEST:- Male/Female, energetic, cheerful, and good communicator.
- Age: 20-30 years old, graduated from vocational school or higher.
- Proficient in computer skills, including using Google Sheets, Forms, Word, and Excel.
- Basic English skills required, basic knowledge of AI (GPT).
- Priority: Passionate about games, knowledgeable in RPG and Idle game genres.
