Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
Liaise with delivery staff/stores to solve problems on delivery.
Handle and inspect furniture before/after the delivery (for heavy items, by two people)
Cooporate with partner companies to improve warehouse/delivery operations.
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
Managing a team of four members

REQUIREMENTS:

From 30~40
Upper Intermediate English level
At least 3 years of experience as a Leader
Working experience in Logistics/warehouse
Good communication skills
Bachelors Degree
MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy
- Preferable skills
The will to change the current situation and take on new challenges
Proactive,fast learner and committed to work preferred
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficient in Tiếng Anh, Kỹ Năng Quản Lý, Quản Lý Sản Xuất, MS Office and Làm Việc Nhóm.
To meet job requirements, understanding of is needed: Logistics, Quản Lý Kho, Supply Chain, Vận Kho and Thủ Kho.
