JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, escorting them to their tables, verifying reservations, and coordinating with management or waitstaff to ensure the best possible customer experience. They also handle payments or assist with cashier duties as needed.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet guests, greet them, and escort them to their tables.
- Check your reservation.
- Report the table status to the manager/waiter.
- Collect payments or coordinate with the cashier.
REQUEST:- Good appearance, good communication skills, and some knowledge of English/Korean are an advantage.
- Hardworking, honest, and energetic with a passion for learning foreign languages.
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: strong interpersonal skills, experience in customer relations, and a good understanding of telesales.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: Customer Service, Customer Support, experience working with Service Staff, and understanding of Bartending and Serving.
