• Inspect the quality of MEP system construction according to drawings and technical standards.
• Control of incoming materials and equipment installation at the construction site.
• Conduct internal acceptance testing and coordinate acceptance testing with the Supervising Consultant/Client.
• Create and manage QA/QC documentation.
• Graduated from university/college with a major in electrical engineering, low-voltage electrical systems, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, or fire protection.
• Possess knowledge of MEP technical standards and acceptance testing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong documentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in QA/QC for MEP projects is preferred.
• Honest, hardworking, diligent, careful, meticulous, and passionate about the job.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team. Able to withstand pressure and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility in the job.
