JOB DETAILS:
Directly program machining for jigs, molds, and mechanical parts on 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, and 9-axis CNC machine systems.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly program machining for jigs, molds, and mechanical parts on 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, and 9-axis CNC machine systems.
- Perform 2D/3D technical drawing breakdown; calculate machining allowances and separate workpieces before production.
- Establish optimal processing technology procedures for each product type.
- We design machining jigs and product inspection jigs for both single-piece and mass production orders.
- Review and verify design drawings, technological specifications, and machining programs before submitting them to management for approval.
- Provide on-site technical support to handle issues that arise during the actual machining process.
REQUEST:
- Educational qualifications: Graduates from vocational schools or higher education institutions related to mechanical engineering.
- Read and understand technical drawings well.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Mastercam, Solidcam, and Cimatron software.
- New graduates or those without prior experience will receive training.
