    Job Description

    - Job details:

    Upon receiving the approved design drawings from the client, create shop drawings for the construction items: steel structure, mechanical, masonry, and finishing.

    • Measure and calculate quantities according to the drawings.
    • Prepare as-built drawings.
    • Prepare shop drawings as requested by the Management Board.
    • Collaborate with the Construction Supervisor to update the construction status and any changes on the site.
    • Other tasks as directed and requested by superiors and the company's management.

    - Job requirements:

    Graduated from college or higher with a major in: Construction Economics, Architecture, Civil and Industrial Construction, etc.

    • No experience required.
    • Proficient in using specialized software: Autocad, Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in preparing payment and settlement documents or supervising construction projects.
    • Candidates without experience will be trained (Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred).
    • It may be possible to travel for work.
