    Job Description

    I. Job Description

    Check the invoices and supporting documents for incoming goods.

    Enter the document data into the software.

    Prepare quarterly and annual VAT tax reports.

    Balance project costs according to the contract.

    Review payment records; prepare payment orders and process disbursement documents.

    Prepare guarantee documents and monitor loans.

    II. Requirements

    Graduated from university with a major in Accounting/Finance.

    At least one year of experience in tax and banking accounting, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

    Understand the regulations of the Tax Law.

    Proficient in Excel, Misa accounting software, and Base.

    Careful, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.

    You can start working immediately.

    III. Working time and location

    - Time: From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

    - From Monday to Saturday. (Full day off on the last Saturday of the month)

    -Work location: Sabay Building - 99 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

    IV. Rights

    Salary: 12 million to 12 million VND/month.

    Full social insurance coverage, 13th-month salary, holiday bonuses, regular health check-ups, and annual company trips.
