Job Description

JOB CONTENT
1. Operational management

Master the company's operating procedures and regulations, ensure proper implementation of working procedures at the restaurant.
Responsible for the shift.
Directly handle arising problems, customer inquiries, or instruct staff to thoroughly handle them to maintain service quality during the shift.
Control the quality of products delivered to customers, ensuring consistency and compliance with requirements.

2. Revenue and cost management

Support store manager (SM) to order & control goods, manage inventory, and effectively use store costs.

3. Human resource management

Manage staff during shifts, ensuring work processes are performed accurately and efficiently.
