Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and offer solutions for Odoo integration and enhancement.
Lead meetings with clients to discuss solutions for improving the current Odoo system.
Develop and maintain using Odoo and ReactJS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness applications.
Integrate data between Odoo and third-party CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshworks, etc.).
Configure and customize CRM software, ensuring seamless integration with Odoo.
Develop and maintain scalable applications on cloud platforms such as AWS (knowledge of building applications on AWS is preferred but not mandatory).
Ensure that all technical solutions are aligned with business objectives and implemented according to best practices.
Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure quality standards in development practices.
Candidate requirements Must-Have:
From 4 years of experience as an Odoo/Python Developer.
Fluency in English – Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
In-depth knowledge of Odoo – Proficient in Odoo ERP system, including customization and integration with external services.
Experience with ReactJS – Proven expertise in building front-end applications with ReactJS.
Familiarity with CRM integration – Experience in integrating Odoo with third-party CRM platforms like Zendesk, Freshworks, etc.
Ability to lead technical discussions and come up with scalable, reliable solutions.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for application development (no need for AWS administration skills, but knowledge of building applications on AWS is preferred).
Expertise in configuring and customizing CRM software.
