Job Description

- Job details:

Job responsibilities of a Pharmacist in a GPP-certified Pharmacy:

Receiving and Inventory Management: Advising on the list of goods to be received; receiving and checking the quantity, expiration date, documentation, and packaging quality before signing for receipt.
Checking and storing medications: Arrange medications neatly and according to storage conditions; check the expiration dates and quality of medications at the counter during your shift.
Consultation and medication sales: Advise and guide customers on the correct use of medication; dispense medication according to doctor's prescriptions or assist in selecting over-the-counter medications suitable for their symptoms.
Cash Collection & Shift Recording: Collect payments, issue invoices, and hand over end-of-shift revenue; update items that need to be ordered or arise during the shift.
Handling customer feedback: Listen to and record feedback regarding medications; report it to management for timely resolution.
Other ad-hoc tasks: Assist with related tasks as requested by the manager during the shift.

- Job requirements:

Qualifications: Graduated from a vocational college in Pharmacy or higher. Candidates with a Pharmacy practice certificate are preferred.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience working behind the counter at a pharmacy.
Skill:
- Good communication skills, a friendly and attentive attitude towards patients.
- Basic computer/sales software skills are an advantage.
Qualities: Honest, meticulous, highly responsible, and punctual.

-Benefits received:

Salary: 250,000 VND/shift
Working hours: Flexible shifts, shifts can be rotated to suit personal schedules; evening shifts Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday mornings from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Bonus: A percentage-based bonus on monthly retail sales (KPIs).
