General knowledge of Information Technology. Analytical skills and logical thinking..
Ability to quickly grasp IT infrastructure and databases

Knowledge of software care and management

Study related engineering majors if interested will be trained

Knowledge and experience are advantageous:

Graduated from university in IT, mathematics, computer science, economics (Business IT) or IT training centers
International certificates in Microsoft, Networking, ITIL
Proficient in using one of the system monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Elastic, Icinga, Nagios, USU,...
Have knowledge of SAP technologies and have used SAP software, SAP-Architecture, SAP Netweaver
Have experience in Database Management, working with SQL language
Have knowledge or experience in Python or Ansible programming
Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman
