Job Description

Job description
- Understand company products and partners' tools
- Support the Customer Success team in Japan in setting up systems for customers
- Build and maintain close working relationships with relevant departments (technical department, business groups at Japan Headquarters)
- Other tasks and reports assigned by team leader/department manager

REQUIREMENTS:
- Japanese N2~N1 & basic English
- Good use of office computers
- Communicate and handle situations well
- Priority is given to candidates with customer care experience
- Ability to learn quickly
- Desire to find a stable and long-term job

Salary: 450 - 750 USD
Working hours : Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm)

Right :
- Probationary salary for 2 months: 90% of gross salary
- Vacation: 12 days/year, 1 day off for birthday. The number of days of leave increases with seniority.
- Women's break: 30 minutes/day for 3 consecutive days of the month
- Personal income tax in the probationary contract is calculated at 10% of income, after probation, the tax is progressive.
- After probation, social insurance payment is based on 2/3 of the official salary
- Pay PVI insurance after 6 months of work, and pay additional contributions for 1 relative after 1 year of work.
- Parking fee: supported by the company
- Club allowance: $20/month if you participate in the company's club activities
- Salary review twice a year, in October and April every year.
- Performance bonus twice a year, each time from 0.5-1 month salary
- Tet bonus: 1 month's salary and calculated based on the number of working months in the year.
- Birthday gifts, filial gifts, wedding gifts, March 8 gifts, Tet gifts, etc
- The company provides computer support and teambuilding activities, company trips, etc
- Working hours: from 9am - 6pm, from Monday to Friday (usually no OT). There is a policy to change working hours at the company that applies to official employees.
