A. Job Description:

Monitor operations, review and correct errors in orders on the system.
Monitor operations, investigate, and act as the liaison for reconciling online payment transactions with other departments within the company.
Track delivery progress, receive and handle order complaints related to payment, accounts receivable, commission policies, etc.
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable with partners.
Perform administrative and operational support tasks for the department.
Collaborate with internal accountants within the company to perform assigned tasks.
Responsible for organizing, storing, and securing the company's documents and records.
Prepare regular or ad-hoc reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as required.

B. Job Requirements:

Graduated from college/university with a relevant major and have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an internal accounting/internal reconciliation position.
Highly responsible, careful, and proactive in work;
Quick-witted and good communicator;
Good problem-solving and situation-handling skills.
Proficient in using office software.
