    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS:

    The job focuses on external relations with district and commune-level government agencies, sales promotion, and local human resource development.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contact the district-level government agency to request approval for the implementation of marketing and sales activities.
    • Liaise with local government agencies at the commune level, coordinate with commune leaders to implement district policies, and conduct propaganda, mobilization, and coordination in directing hamlets/residential areas to properly implement the company's policies.
    • Maintain close and strong relationships with district and commune-level government agencies.
    • Establish strong connections between commune and village leaders and the sales team, ensuring that commune and village leaders implement or direct the implementation of promotional activities to achieve effective sales.
    • Receive requests from the sales team to coordinate promptly with the commune and village authorities in the areas where the sales team aims to operate.
    • Work with the sales team to promote sales and sell as much as possible.
    • Directly search for and recruit suitable local personnel as required by relevant departments.

    REQUEST:

    • Have at least one year of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
    • Graduated from university with a major in business administration, human resource management, or public relations.
    • Possesses strong communication, negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
