Job Description

Business design analysis for products in the company's software ecosystem (EasyInvoice, EasyBooks, EasyCA, EasyHRM, EasySign, EasyPOS, EasyDocs,). This is a software ecosystem that is being used by more than 300,000 businesses in Vietnam and has the top 1 growth rate in the country.
Research on the operations of Accounting Software, Sales Software, Document Management Software, Electronic Invoice Software, Continuously evaluate software systems, and provide operational designs to optimize the software.
Directly analyze and design user requirements and system requirements. In particular, can participate in large projects that the company deploys to large corporate customers in Vietnam, with high requirements for accuracy and software quality.
Participate in testing and quality assurance of software;
Participate in building and optimizing Analysis, Design, and Quality Assurance processes for the Technical Department. Especially can participate in training and goal-building processes such as OKRs, Agile, Scrum.

Candidate requirements

Have at least 2 years of experience as BA;
Priority is given to candidates with BA experience in similar software or candidates with experience in testing, analyzing, and designing software with service software systems (Saas) with a large number of users;
Have skills in writing User Requirements.
Priority is given to candidates with understanding of concepts and methods of building User Requirements according to Agile.
Have relative knowledge of UI/UX, especially for web applications;
Knowledge of UML. SQL;
Proficient in tools such as Excel, Postman, JIRA;
Priority is given to candidates with the ability to work in teams according to Agile/Scrum;
Highly appreciate candidates with independent thinking and critical thinking.
