Job description
Business activities in the field of SES (System Engineering Service)
Conduct business with system companies ( Sler )
Arrange interview schedules between company engineers and partner businesses.
Make periodic visits to the engineer's workplace.
Monitor, listen to the wishes and career orientation of engineers after job placement.
Exploit and develop partnerships with systems engineering services (SES) companies.
Follow up and support the company's engineers.

Requirements
Must have:
JLPT N1 certificate (required)
Basic office computer skills (Office software, Google Spreadsheet, etc.)

Nice to have:
Experience in SES or human resource recruitment.
Have experience in sales to corporate clients.
Have a progressive spirit, eager to learn and strive for self-development.
Be confident in your communication skills.
Ability to set goals and take proactive action to achieve them.
