JOB DETAILS: Participate in the company's strategic planning process by identifying and researching business issues. Oversee the company's overall business operations in the real estate sector.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and implement a long-term development strategy that aligns with the parent company's direction.
- Develop business plans, set operational goals for departments, and manage projects.
- Working with stakeholders (partners, clients, authorities) to ensure project progress and efficiency.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports to the parent company on the operational situation in Vietnam.
- Manage partner expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Manage risk strategy, monitor finances, control costs, and ensure investment efficiency. Propose and implement solutions to address issues arising at each project stage.
- Establish internal governance systems, operating procedures, and compliance control mechanisms.
- Managing, training, and developing the workforce; building corporate culture.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and partners both domestically and internationally.
- Directly manage and develop relationships with Japanese clients.
- To build, maintain, and expand strategic partnerships with Japanese partners.
- Negotiating, signing, and monitoring the implementation of contracts with Japanese clients.
- Promptly address any issues or complaints arising from Japanese customers.
- Reporting directly in Japanese to the parent company on project and customer status.

- Thorough understanding of the real estate business, investment environment, and legal regulations in Vietnam.
- Experienced in working with foreign partners, especially Japanese partners.
- Understanding Japanese business culture and the multinational work environment.
- Proficient in foreign languages: English (for work) and Japanese (fluent, used in reporting and communication with the parent company). Capable of communicating and negotiating contracts in Japanese.
- Leadership skills, strategic planning, risk management, and decision-making.
- Communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Understand the service standards and quality requirements of Japanese businesses.
- Possesses strong financial management skills and the ability to read, understand, and analyze financial statements.
- Experienced in real estate project implementation (development, sales, leasing, or property management).
