- Job details:

- Conducting Planning and organizing production schedules

-Supervise the Production Process

-Setting up the machine for spring forming (coil/expansion/compression springs)

-Adjusting the machine, heat treatment, surface treatment

-Making prototypes according to customer drawings

-Maintain QEHS

-Process Optimization: Design and map out manufacturing workflows to increase line speeds, eliminate bottlenecks, and minimize waste

-Equipment & Asset Care: Develop preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot machinery to prevent unexpected downtime, Organizing repairs and routine maintenance of production equipment

-Quality Assurance: Set manufacturing standards, troubleshoot production errors, and conduct conduct studies on prototypes

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the other departments and the customers to ensure smooth product rollouts

-Take quick actions to solve break-down and record for all the machines, and utility system when issue happens.

-To perform other duties assigned by management level

- Job requirements:

- Intermediate degree and above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

-Japanese or English communication skills

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office

-At least 2 years of experience at Japanese manufacturing companies (experience in precision Spring manufacturing is an advantage)

-Technical knowledge in areas such as industrial electricity, automation, mechanics, machine building, mechatronics, industrial engineering, and production management

-Knowledge of industrial operations and production management

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
