Job description:

1. Ensure sourcing work according to requirements and schedule

a. Sourcing NPL strictly according to BOM/ Tech pack / Customer requirements

b. Make sure to negotiate reasonable NPL prices - according to target and favorable payment terms

c. Monitor the progress of sending NPL samples to customers for approval, ensuring timely production progress

d. Make sure to update NPL price information, store (new) NCC information in the NCC library

e. Prepare NPL collection as required

2. Ensuring quality and costing schedule - Selling price (Sale cost)

a. Build costing sheet based on BOM/ Tech pack.

b. Check to ensure that information is entered at the correct level according to the technical department

c. Check to ensure accurate price information is allocated to each product code in the costing sheet.

d. Control information to ensure progress according to customer quotation requests

3. Ensure NPL is correct, sufficient, and timely and synchronized for production

a. Balancing NPL ensures accuracy

b. PL synchronized orders produced on schedule

c. Orders are synchronized with production capacity on schedule

d. Make and send trim card information to QC and factory on schedule

e. Monitor/liquidate inventory of NPLs

4. Translate documents/emails (Japanese) into English/Vietnamese received from customers

5. Work is distributed by management

Position requirements:

1. University degree in Garment, Economics, Management and related fields.

2. Experience from 1-3 years

3. Skills:

a. Careful, responsive, good communication

b. Able to multitask

d. Good teamwork

e. Fluent in Japanese in 4 skills: listening/speaking/reading/writing

f. English communication is quite an advantage - Intermediate level
