Job Description

• Read and understand Japanese project documents, participate in business analysis to clarify requirements.
• Translate specialized IT documents (Japanese - Vietnamese, Vietnamese - Japanese).
• Convey customer requirements correctly and completely to programming engineers and vice versa.
• Write emails, chat, meet in person or via TV Conference with Japanese customers to report, communicate or discuss work issues.

Candidate requirements

• From 2 years experience in Comtor position
• Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher.
• Ability to communicate and problem solve well.
• Ability to learn and acquire new knowledge well, carefully and thoughtfully.
• Priority is given to those with IT knowledge.
• Experience in testing is preferred.
