Acting as a business bridge between the parent company in Vietnam and its member company in Japan related to new and ongoing projects in the field of IT Software Development, specifically :
- Attend meetings with Japanese and Vietnamese customers, support Sales staff to listen to customers' requests from Japanese and record Japanese - Vietnamese meeting minutes.
- Support meeting translation (Japanese <-> Vietnamese) for Vietnamese side when needed.
- Receive new project requirements from Sales in Japan, then confirm and summarize the information to convey to the Pre-sales team in Vietnam. Support and communicate information between the two ends of Japan - Vietnam in the process of analyzing project requirements to come up with solutions and quotes.
- Support in the process of creating Solution documents (Proposal) and Quotation (Estimation) related to new projects from Vietnamese to Japanese.
- Assist in document preparation, content preparation and participation in... marketing-related activities, seminars or exhibitions (domestic or in Japan).
- Support to welcome, meet when customers or partners visit the Office.
- Support other tasks when required from direct management

■Requirement:
- Age from 25~35
- Fluent Japanese in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Equivalent to the basic level of hard N2 or higher, no certificate required)
- Candidates are required to have at least 2-3 years of experience as a sales support, sales coordinator or sales at a Japanese company, or have a partner in a Japanese company. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the IT industry with Japan.
- Have a progressive personality, eager to learn and love the field of IT and IT business.
- Responsible and business mindset
- Good communication skills, able to work independently, in a team and under pressure when needed
- Basic English communication (Advanced intermediate English will be an advantage in terms of benefits)
