- Record meeting minutes of meetings and translate them into Japanese and Vietnamese
- Translate documents and support other tasks as required by Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates with Japanese language level of N1 or N2 or higher
- Understand and fluently translate Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa
- 1 year or more of experience in the position of assistant manager, manager
- Experience in handling all kinds of documents and making meeting documents
- Ability to take notes, type quickly and be good at Excel
- Having a good memory, being able to create a working schedule, manage the work schedule of superiors, have the ability to judge and decide when necessary depending on the situation to make the work in the department run more smoothly.
