Primary Objective : Manage the international procurement process to ensure continuous and cost-effective supply of industrial automation electronics.
Mission:
- Search and Evaluate Suppliers:
- Grasp market trends and search for potential international suppliers.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on product quality, price, and supply capacity.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate prices and contract conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure that contracts comply with company regulations and policies.
- Order Process Management:
- Monitor production and shipping schedules to ensure on-time supply.
- Resolve all issues related to delivery and product quality.
- Conduct Supplier Assessments:
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements if necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing support.
- Compliance with Customs and Tax Regulations:
- Understand customs and tax regulations related to imports and ensure compliance.
- Optimize the import process to minimize costs and time.
Request:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
- Experience working in international procurement, especially with industrial automation electronics.
- Strong understanding of customs, tax and international freight processes and regulations is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and good teamwork ability (At least 1 foreign language)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
