・Go to appointment and suggest service to IT company(3-4 times/week)
・Join the interview
②Reporting
・Check KPI and make a weekly report
・Detect real problem and consider how to fill the gap and set action, and execute
③Management
・Check the quality of appointment from appointment setting staff and give feedback
・Give feedback to Career advisor staff and consider how to get more CV

- Education level:Uni
- Language:At least Japanese N2
- No. of experienced year:At least 2 years experience in HR Agency
Key experience:
・At least Japanese N2
・At least 2 years experience in HR Agency
・At least 1 year experience as Leader in HR Agency

■Salary : Upto 28.5M net
